Cancellation & Refund Policy
StayFlix collects a reservation fee online to confirm your booking. The policy below applies to that reservation fee; the processing fee is absorbed by StayFlix in every case.
- 7 or more days before check-in: full refund of your reservation fee.
- 2 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of your reservation fee.
- Within 48 hours of check-in / no-show: the reservation fee is forfeited (no refund).
- If the resort owner cancels: full refund of your reservation fee, any time.
Terms of Service (placeholder)
StayFlix is a curated booking platform for verified resorts in the Pansol / Bucal / Solemar cluster. Bookings are instant against availability and confirmed only once your reservation fee is verified. The remaining balance is settled on-site with the resort and is never handled in-app. Final Terms of Service will be published before public launch.
Data Privacy Consent (placeholder)
By booking you consent to StayFlix processing your name, mobile number and email to manage your booking and send transactional notifications, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act. If your booking is confirmed you may later be asked to submit a government ID and a selfie for identity verification; those images are stored encrypted, accessible only to StayFlix operations, and auto-deleted about 90 days after your stay. Final privacy terms will be published before public launch.
